Having the conversation code's name display on mobile

Replacing the menu on the canvassing app to burger bar

The menu on the canvassing side is the OpenField logo. Although it is nice, it would be great if it looked like the burger bar menu on the Admin side so it's not confusing for folks.

Descriptive error message if you enter the wrong Conversation Code

Right now it takes you to an open field, which could mean anything. Something like 'this CC is expired' or 'please try a different CC' would be great!
