Replacing the menu on the canvassing app to burger bar

The menu on the canvassing side is the OpenField logo. Although it is nice, it would be great if it looked like the burger bar menu on the Admin side so it's not confusing for folks.

We have finalized designs for this and will begin work on replacing the logo with a more intuitive burger bar shortly!
