When uploading a list, prior to it processing, there should be some indication that a selected list is loading or pre-processing. Right now, when you upload a list, if your connect is slow or there's a lag, then the screen seems to just be doing nothing. And it feels broken, so you are compelled the click the button multiple times. Eventually, it does process the file and does load it. But it feels broken in the interim time.

It just says, "Phone not formatted properly", but there isn't anything in the support documentation to designate what a proper format is. In addition, the mapping itself is too brittle. The importer should catch any malformed phone fields and spit them out, rather than blocking an entire import due to a single bunk field. The solution appears to be to filter the list, to ensure that the top 10 rows do work, so that the bad rows can be filtered out later. But, this should be in the documentation and suggested to the user as a part of their import prep.

There is a filter for 'requester' but not helpful if you cannot see other requesters.

It would be great to be able to override the importer if I'm getting an error, for example, if I'm importing and I'm getting phone error I would like to just be able to import anyway without having to look for a poorly formatted number in potentially thousands of records.
