When uploading a list, prior to it processing, there should be some indication that a selected list is loading or pre-processing.

Right now, when you upload a list, if your connect is slow or there's a lag, then the screen seems to just be doing nothing. And it feels broken, so you are compelled the click the button multiple times. Eventually, it does process the file and does load it. But it broken in the interim time.
