I've read two other features that are similar to this request, so this is meant to add to those.

I would love to be able to create a primary list and then be able to split that list by a number of records so I can create "segments" or "packets." This has been super helpful in VAN when rapidly deploying multiple coordinated phone or door canvasses and would allow me to more quickly deploy coordinated efforts in OpenField.

p.s. Splitting the list should not replace the original pre-split list. It should produce split segments from that original list.
