Should instead appear greyed out, a la Phones, rather than attempting to query and ping forever. Makes Create a Search feel broken.

We are reconsidering the ways that we service scores and are taking this feedback into consideration!

I believe the plan is to not display a score slot if no data is loaded for that score. That should resolve this issue. Will prioritize.
