You can add / edit languages in two places - while canvassing & in people profiles on the admin side. However, there is no way to search for this information to create language based outreach plans.

Help should open a new tab so you do not navigate away from what you are doing.

It would be great if the gear in the Admin panel was a place where a user could edit their profile (name, pronouns, etc.)
