Remove opt-in phone & text options when adding a new person

Bump targeted voters to the top of canvass list

Currently in Alphabetical order by first name it would be great to bump up the targets with the stars.

Hide household names from list & only show targeted people

to ensure that canvassars only talk to people on our list

When adding a new person, also allow to add gender and language

See where canvassers are on a the map

Right now OpenField does not geocode location, the map is based on where the canvasser says they are when they start canvassing. It would be nice to see where they are when active on the admin side, and for the canvasser to have a 'you are here' note on their map.

Add followups to canvassing (not just phone banking)

It would be great to be able to, for example, set a followup to call someone while canvassing - or schedule a time to come back to speak in person,.=.
