See where canvassers are on a the map

Right now OpenField does not geocode location, the map is based on where the canvasser says they are when they start canvassing.

It would be nice to see where they are when active on the admin side, and for the canvasser to have a 'you are here' note on their map.

Mobile canvassers can now turn on Live Canvasser View, allowing them to track their current geocoded location through the OpenField app. 
To improve functionality, canvassers can also turn OFF Live Canvasser View to save battery power.
