Ability to Quarantine Users and individual contacts from Users.

Quarantining the User will remove the User's Attempts and Contacts from your Analytics counts and Exports. This can be reversed.

Quarantining individual contacts from a User will also remove them from your Analytics and Exports.

With Quarantine, you can now stop individual Users from entering in further data but still accept or reject any past data they have entered. This differs from deleting a User, as you can retain past information now.
