Add a log out option for admins

In admin, it would be dope to be able to log out by clicking on the burger bar and then on "log out" towards the bottom of the menu options

This exists in the top navigation, but we totally agree that it would make sense to add to the burger bar! 
We have a few other suggestions about maybe using the gear in the top right for these sorts of things that you might also want to follow!
