Clarifying this one a little bit: To scope out how this would work, we are saying when a new campaign is created, for example, IL 14th Congressional District (IL14), so the only records available to users in CAS are those in IL14?
Would Admins expect to be able to share "New People" who are not on the voterfile but are in the parent garden?
Does that get us where we're trying to go?

Jenn Cervella, sort of. Basically ability to search, only associated with campaigns lists. By default, the access to the main VF should remain; however, an option to "limit People Search" to only the data that's associated with the campaign. Use case example: OpenField demo at CSC where you only wanted for people to search a specific list. Applies with work with custom lists, undocumented lists or native data
