It would be great to be able to see what user has done what action. For example: XYZ Search created on [date] by [username] or Conversation Code XYZ being associated with Admin who created it.

This was completed with Release 1.8.0 You can now see when each item was created and by whom on the landing pages for Scripts, Lists, Questions, Conversation Codes, and more.
