Don't create Conversation Codes with upper case I's
It's difficult to type out a code where an I is next to a 1, and it would just be easier if that wasn't an option!

It would be great to create custom user teams / groups that have access to specific conversation codes.

Add Instance to Conversation Code Completion Email
When a CC is complete an email is sent from support@openfield.ai with the details - this is very helpful! However, if I'm an admin on several instances I won't be able to easily tell which instance the CC was from.
