Export follow up lists
Currently exports don't include people marked for follow up. This would be useful for people wanting to follow up outside OF for whatever reasons (or count people marked for follow up) etc.

Add Instance to Conversation Code Completion Email
When a CC is complete an email is sent from support@openfield.ai with the details - this is very helpful! However, if I'm an admin on several instances I won't be able to easily tell which instance the CC was from.
